About Our Company

Ford Kinter & Associates Pty Ltd are registered Insurance Brokers, members of National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) and the Australasian Association of Insurance Brokers (AAIB).

Ford Kinter has offices located in Victoria, NSW and the Northern Territory.

The Company acts as a General Insurance Broker who handle a general cross section of business, from domestic to corporate accounts as well as specialised niche market products.

A number of our niche markets are in the Dog, Cat and horse industries, with many schemes in place for these organizations.

The catalyst for part of this niche marketing has come from the Directors long-time personal involvement in the Canine industry.

Directors, Doug and Gwen Ford are Conformation and Working Dog Judges. Doug is a director on the Board of the Victorian Canine Association (VCA) and has been, in the past, a long term Delegate to the Australian National Kennel Council. Gwen is also involved with Canine Club administration being on several committees, and has been the Editor of a leading Canine Journal.

Our Equine, Canine and Feline Business is handled and maintained by our sister Company Petplan and Petplan Equine ((PETPLAN) who's Staff have many years involvement and expertise in the Insurance industry and the world of Dogs, Cats and Horses and are able to handle business over the widest diversity of clients.
